This notice covers the use of tuzes.hu, its enquiry form and enquiries received by email.

What we collect and why
To respond and prepare a quotation, the form requires your name, email address, enquiry category and description. Company, dimensions, quantity, country, town, preferred timing and up to five photographs or sketches are optional. For email enquiries we process the information you provide. Please send only relevant information and images. The form cannot be submitted without its required fields; you may also contact us by email.
Legal bases
For quotations requested in your own name, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business contacts, general questions and limited retention of concluded correspondence, we rely on legitimate interests: Article 6(1)(f). These interests are answering enquiries, keeping track of discussions and preventing misuse. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to a newsletter or consent to marketing.
Retention
Closed enquiries that do not lead to an order, including their images, are retained for no more than 12 months after the last substantive discussion, then deleted. We delete them earlier if they are no longer needed. If a contract or dispute arises, only information needed for performance, legal obligations or legal claims is retained while the relevant obligation or claim exists; separate information is provided about such further processing.
Who receives your enquiry
Messages arrive in hello@tuzes.hu. Access is limited to persons authorised to handle enquiries for the company and, as necessary to provide hosting and email, the providers named below. The form creates no separate customer database on the web host. Images are temporarily uploaded for transmission and retained as part of the email. We do not publish enquiries or automatically use them for advertising.
Google Workspace and international transfers
Email is subject to the Google Workspace data processing terms. Google and its subprocessors may process data outside the EEA. Transfers are governed by an applicable adequacy decision or the standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards in Google's data processing terms. Operation and security
Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser information and response codes. Retention depends on the time needed to investigate faults and misuse, the provider's log rotation and applicable legal obligations. The form separately uses a keyed IP hash and submission timestamps for a 24-hour rate-limiting window; expired entries are removed on the next form submission processing. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation, Article 6(1)(f).
Cookies and browser storage
Your language choice is stored locally in your browser until deleted; session storage remembers the introductory screen for the browser tab's session. When active, the form uses a session cookie to protect against unauthorised submissions. These settings serve website operation; the site uses no analytics or advertising trackers. You can clear them in your browser, after which you may need to choose your language or reload the form.
Map and external links
The map image, fonts and images load from our own hosting. External Google Maps and OpenStreetMap pages open only when you click the relevant link, and are subject to their providers' privacy terms.
Your rights
Contact hello@tuzes.hu or write to the registered office to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where GDPR conditions apply, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. We normally respond within one month; where justified, we notify you within that month of an extension of up to two further months. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Complaints and remedies
You may complain to Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or the supervisory authority where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred.
